The bones are good, the decoration liveable and the interior layout works but the rooms are a blank canvas, which is exciting but daunting. If you need to furnish a pied-à-terre or have just arrived in London from overseas, you need the right furniture to transform an empty space into a home that is both stylish and practical. But you don’t know where to start. You don’t have time to sift through endless furniture options, you’re overwhelmed by choice, worried about making expensive mistakes, and feel stuck. That’s where our expertise comes in to take the strain and make the process enjoyable and painless.

Our service starts at £3,500 + VAT

How it works
Getting started
- Drop us an email or use the form on our website (link) to get in touch. And we will send you a PDF about our service.
- We’ll then be in touch to schedule an initial 30-minute consultation with you to discuss your project, agree the scope and a realistic furniture budget.
- If you think we can help, and you are happy to proceed, we will send you a contract, our T’s & C’s and an invoice.
- On receipt of payment, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire about your style preferences.
Identifying the jigsaw pieces
- We will arrange a time and date to come and measure up the relevant room/rooms.
- We will send you concept images for style.
- We will send you up to two furniture layout options per room, drawn to scale.
- Once you have chosen the furniture plan/plans, we will put together a guide budget for the items required.
- When you have approved these, we request funds for purchasing those items. Then our furniture search begins.
- We will send you a presentation for each room (via email) of up to three choices per item of furniture at ‘good’, ‘better’ and ‘best’ price points. We may recommend that you test key items such as beds, mattresses and sofas for comfort.
Putting the jigsaw together
- We order everything and have it stored safely prior to delivery.
- Delivery and installation is arranged on no more than two dates by our trusted removals firm.
- Then it’s over to you to add the finishing touches with art and other accessories.
Our fees for the service
- From £4,000 + VAT for one room
- From £3,500 + VAT per room for two or more rooms
- We pass on our trade discounts with a handling fee
