A lower-ground apartment on one of Kensington's most desirable streets needed a full refurbishment, starting with remedial damp work. First, we stripped it back to the bricks, then we remodelled some of the spaces followed by decorative schemes which are bold and colourful but still elegant.

The choices reflect the couples' personalities and interests and it is now a gorgeous, bijoux bolt-hole that lifts their hearts on arrival.
